Eva Herron Lipe, 95 went to be with the Lord at her home in Soddy Daisy, TN. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Curtis C. Lipe, grandson Daniel C. Lipe, parents: Arbin P. Herron, Minnie Manis Herron, sisters: Marie Herron, Hazel Eidson, & Addie Shanks, brother: Henry Herron.
She is survived by two sons, C. Randall Lipe of Greenwood, IN and Melvin Lipe (Charlotte) of Soddy Daisy, Tn.
Eva has three grandchildren: Kimberly Lipe Lowe (Robert) and Michael Lipe all of Indianapolis,In. Also David Lipe (Bobbie) of Hixson, Tn. She has 5 great-grandchildren, Danielle and Andrew Lipe, Hixson Tn, Gabriel and Tyler Lowe, Isabel and Kasey Lipe-Taylor. all of Indianapolis, In. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and many special friends.
Eva was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Spires Chapel Baptist Church, Rogersville, TN . She was currently attending Stuart Heights Baptist Church, Hixson, Tn.
Funeral arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home Hixson, Tn. There will be a visitation at Lane Funeral Home Chattanooga, TN, Friday, September 15th from 4 PM to 7 PM followed by a service conducted by Rev. Darrell Davenport.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, September 16th from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Spires Chapel Baptist Church, Rogersville, Tn. followed by a service with Rev. John North officiating. Interment follows at Highland Cemetery.
