Phyllis Reitz Raymer

Phyllis Reitz Raymer (75) of Chattanooga, TN passed from earth to heaven on the 14th of January, peacefully in her sleep. Born on March 11, 1947 in Evansville, IN to the late Gilbert and Elizabeth Reitz. She was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church. She was a wonderful wife, mom, aunt, grandma, great-grandma, sister, and friend. She loved the Lord, loved her family well, loved shopping and loved feeding and taking care of anyone who entered her house.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David Raymer; children: Michael (Penny) Raymer, Amy (Troy) Walliser, and John Raymer; sister, Janie Koss of Naples, FL; brother, Tom (Valerie) Reitz of Morehead, KY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Lane Funeral Home in Chattanooga, TN on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm with the service to follow at 4pm in the Coulter Chapel.
