Krista Diane Brock

Krista Diane Brock, age 48, fulfilled her earthly journey on June 2, 2018, as she transcended to her heavenly home on angels’ wings. She will be missed immeasurably by her loving family and friends, and always remembered for her kindness and love to all who were blessed to know her. Krista saw the good in everyone, even when no one else could. We should all aspire to attain that quality and pass it forward in honor of her memory.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Leonard and Gladys Atkinson; paternal grandparents, Clifford and Bobbie Smith; and father-in-law, Gary Brock.

She is survived by the love of her life, husband Jerry; son, Christian Brock; daughter, Katie Brock; parents, David and Diane Smith; mother-in-law, Pat Kemp; sister-in-law, Susan (Jeff) Townson; brother-in-law, Mike (Michele) Brock, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and loyal Fur Buddies, Axle and Frieda.

The family will receive visitors and guests on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, beginning at 4:00 PM with a Celebration of Life service at 6:00 PM at Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace officiated by Rev. Don Walker of Trenton Church of Christ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and Hospice of Chattanooga.
