Kathleen Gail Reed

Ms. Kathleen Gail Reed age 77, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away Friday January 6, 2022.  

Kathleen was born July 19, 1945, in Concord, New Hampshire to the late Henry and Iona Magnin.  She retired from Southeastern Eye serving many years as a lab tech.  Kathleen enjoyed reading, sewing, and painting.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Buddy Reed and a daughter-in-law Trudy Reed.  

Surviving are her children; Tammy Jibrin (Bassam), William E. Reed III (Lee Anna), Joseph Reed (Katie), and Brian Reed. 12 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren, and 1 on the way.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday January 11, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at the Coulter Chapel of the Lane Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Lakewood Memory Gardens East.  Grandsons will service as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Tuesday January 10, 2023, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Coulter Chapel of the Lane Funeral Home.
