Emily Medlock Rabb, 87, passed away January 4, 2018. An Atlanta native, she lived in Hixson for the past 13 years. Her family was the most important thing to her. She loved her children and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph M. and Lynelle Berry Medlock; husband, Howard W. Rabb; son, George Lanier Robinson; sister, Eleanor Medlock Green; brother, Ralph M. Medlock Jr.

Survivors include her son, Howard W. Rabb Jr.; daughter, Eleanor Rabb Hull (William F.) grandchildren: George Kelly Robinson, Aaron Lanier Robinson, Katherine Alice Blake, Anne Lynelle Gandini, David Lanier Hull, Andrew Bynum Hull; seven great grandchildren; two nieces, Susan Summerhill and Emily Medlock.

A celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday January 13, 2018 in the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home. Minister Ken Chambers will officiate. Interment will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
