David Spangler

David Justin Spangler, 53, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away peacefully January 10, 2021 in Metairie, LA. He was born June 15, 1967 to Virginia Strickland and Jerry Spangler. He was a Risk Control Consulting Director with CNA Insurance Company for 25 years. David was selfless, loving and generous. He was always willing to help anyone. He is survived by his devoted wife, Karen Hebert Spangler; loving parents, Virginia (Ken) Strickland and Jerry (Betty) Spangler; stepson, Daniel (Via) Schwab; sister, Sonja (Anthony) Sanders; step-granddaughters and a nephew. Visitation will be Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm followed by funeral in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home at 2:00pm. Interment will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
