Betty Presley Nash, age 92, of Chattanooga, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 4, 2021. Betty was a true Christian Lady who loved and cherished her family. Betty was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker. She was also a floral designer and volunteered with Erlanger Hospital’s Ladies Auxiliary for over 30 years. Betty was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank for 44 years, sang in the choir and provided the floral arrangements for the church for many years. Betty was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, James R. Nash Jr., her parents, Johnny F. Presley and Rowena (Tate) Presley, her brother, William Max Presley and great-grandson, Hudson Horner. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Denny (Penney) Nash; daughters, Vanessa (Frank) Loven and Vickie Lindsey; grandchildren, Derick (Samantha) Nash, Alex Nash, Brooke Loven, Jamie (Amanda) Loven, Crystal (Phil) Horner, Carmen Lindsey, and Grant Jackson; four great-grandchildren, Carter Nash, Willem Nash, Maggie Loven and Henry Horner; brother-in-Law, Wayne (LiLy) Nash, two nephews, Jay Presley and Troy (Lori) Presley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, the Alzheimer’s Association; Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank, TN or the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends on January 7, 2021 from 4-6 PM at Lane Funeral Home with a service to follow at 6PM in the state room with Rev Greg Powell and Rev Chris Wear officiating.
